Ticketverkoop Let’s Go Hollywood
Laatste aanvulling: 9 september 2026. Voor bestellingen via de snelle ticketflow voor Julie Huard – Let’s Go Hollywood verwerken wij alleen de gegevens die nodig zijn om de bestelling en betaling uit te voeren.
Welke gegevens en waarom
Wij verwerken uw naam, e-mailadres, aantal tickets, bestelnummer, bedrag, betaalstatus, datum en tijd van de bestelling en beperkte technische beveiligingsgegevens. Dit doen wij om de overeenkomst uit te voeren, de betaling te controleren, de officiële Pathé-tickets te leveren, klantenservice te verlenen, misbruik te voorkomen en aan wettelijke administratieplichten te voldoen. De grondslagen zijn uitvoering van de overeenkomst, wettelijke verplichtingen en ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige en betrouwbare verkoopflow.
Met wie wij gegevens delen
Voor zover noodzakelijk kunnen gegevens worden verwerkt door Mollie (betaling), SiteGround (hosting), onze e-maildienstverlener en Pathé voor de uitgifte en levering van de officiële toegangstickets. Deze partijen ontvangen niet meer gegevens dan voor hun taak nodig is. Wij verkopen bestelgegevens niet en gebruiken ze niet automatisch voor een nieuwsbrief.
Bewaartermijnen
Betaalde bestellingen en de financieel-administratieve gegevens die daarbij horen bewaren wij in beginsel zeven jaar vanwege de fiscale bewaarplicht. Niet-betaalde of verlopen bestellingen en tijdelijke voorraadreserveringen verwijderen of anonimiseren wij zodra zij niet meer nodig zijn voor herstel, beveiliging, fraudepreventie of het afhandelen van een geschil; als richttermijn geldt uiterlijk twaalf maanden. Technische beveiligingslogs bewaren wij zo kort mogelijk en alleen zolang dit voor beveiliging en onderzoek noodzakelijk is.
Uw rechten en contact
U kunt vragen om inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking of overdracht van uw persoonsgegevens en u kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang. Wettelijke bewaarplichten kunnen betekenen dat wij bepaalde gegevens niet direct mogen verwijderen. Neem contact op via privacy@juliehuard.nl of 06-40259093.
